This
project was born out of my journey with my daughter

I noticed that while her hair was growing, it would break off quickly. I didn’t
understand why, so I began conducting research and eventually enrolled in
trichology courses to gain a deeper understanding of tightly coiled hair and
how to care for it properly.

With this knowledge, I began to see real progress. My daughter’s hair started to retain
length, and for the first time, I was able to support healthy, consistent
growth.

However, I also noticed that her hair became dehydrated very quickly. This led me to take
a closer look at the ingredients in the hair products I was using — most of
which were store-bought. Through further research, I discovered that many of
these products contained harmful ingredients that could damage the hair fiber
and scalp.

Determined to find a better solution, I pursued training in cosmetic formulation and began
creating my own organic hair care products.

The results were remarkable. My daughter’s hair flourished, and that success inspired me to
open a salon dedicated exclusively to natural, tightly textured hair — a space
to educate, empower, and uplift my community.
